well i have my condenser mounted in the thing im gonna use, and i have 2 questions.
how can i go about removing the compressor? it has these little tabs on the mount feet that go over some kind of pin and i cant seem to remove them.
2nd i heard the flow for the condenser needs to be somewhat downward so that the oil has a better/easier time? my condenser has many passes and there is no really way to go "down" ill have pics soon

The vapor enters the top of the condenser, condenses into a liquid, and exits at the bottom, where it goes through the cap tube to feed the evaporator. If the outlet isn't at the bottom, the liquid wants to fall the wrong way. It's a gravity thing.
And its not about oil. It's about refrigerant.

The horizontal "top" of the condenser in the pics is actually the side and should be vertical. Turn the condenser 90 degrees.
Hard to see those clips, but they probably slide over a little and then lift off.

does it matter which is on the bottom? the longer copper pipe or the stub?

It looks as though the long tube end on bottom could give you a buildup of liquid in the bottom tube. Not a big deal, but it would take more refrigerant to fill the system. This would actually be a plus for a TXV system, providing in effect a small receiver. For a cap tube system, the stub end on bottom would be better. Either way would work.
