When you install a power supply with 2 fans, 1 fan on the back (where the power cord plug is) and the other fan on the top/bottom, do you mount is so the the top/bottom fan is facing the top (the top cover of the computer), or the bottom (cpu. mb, etc etc). Thanks

Bottom, so the fan is facing the bottom of the case.

hmmm... this is really weird. This is the power supply that I have:Enermax Noisetaker EG425P-VE SFMA (http://www.maxpoint.com/products/pow_supp/spec_pg/425sfma/425sfma.htm#), on the back of it, there is a fan control knob, and a fan. If I mount it so that the big fan points down than the labels on the fan control and the label on the fan would be upside down. I found a good picture that illustrates what I mean:
http://reviews.pimprig.com/power_supply/images/nt-enermax-psuback.jpg
See, when the big fan up top points up then the labels on the control thing and the label on the fan are the right side up. If I mount it fan down, than the labels would be upside down. Did they applied the labels the wrong way? Because my power supply is exactly the same as the one in those pictures. I read several reviews of it, and everyone said it was a great power supply the biggest complaint was that the cables were stiff (which they were not, at least not in mine). But noone seems to have said anything about the labels being upside down.

Just install it upside down. I have to install mine upside down because of where my radiator is, it makes no difference which way it faces.

notice the screw hole next to the power plug.. that must go on the top because it is offset. look at the back of your case and you will understand.
they just put the label on wrong :)
when u screw it in it will probably only fit one direction, and yea, it points down

yep, whichever way the holes line up to mount it is the way it goes. i have an antec true430 that has to have the fan on top, and therefore i had to custom cut a hole for the fan on top of the case because of how the screw holes were

I use lian-li pc 60 case and it mounts both ways.

If the power supply mounts to the chassis itself, then the power supply will only be able to be installed one way, while having the screws line up. The Lian Li PC60 uses a mounting bracket, I believe, which is screwd to the power supply one way only, but the bracket itself can be screwed to the chassis in either orientation.
If you have the choice, mount the power supply so that the fan is facing downward (so that it sucks warm air from the case and exhausts it out the back).:)
