Help picking out Cheap Vid Card for Surveillance Sys

I need to purchase a couple of low end video cards for several surveilance systems that I am assembling. I was thinking of Saphire Oem Radeon 7000 (http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProduct.asp?description=14-102-199&depa=0) , or GeXcube Radeon 7000 (http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProduct.asp?description=14-240-001&depa=0) , or Asus V7100Pro (http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProduct.asp?description=14-121-134&depa=0) . What do you think? I'm open for suggestions if you have a better Bang for the Buck card. Thanks in advance,

i had that sapphire card, and it served me well. no problems. that and its the cheapest one out of those choices.

Well the Saphire card has a $4.00 shipping charge, but it still comes out cheaper. I don't know which one performes better though. The Saph or the Asus? I used to have a 7100 pro and it was a good card 3 years ago Lol..

Sorry for not posting before. I personaly would rather have the asus geforce2 mx400 (which I DO own now... muhahahha!) Because I think its a bit better then the radeon 7000. I wouldn't live by this info, but my friend has a 7500 and hes had a fair amount of problems with it when it comes to 3d rendering and games. However he has a really shatty computer....
