Some advice would be appreciated! :)

I am looking for a Card that will give me the following:

Video Input (analog & Digital)
Video Output
TV-Tuner
DVD Playback

Now, the only one i know of is the ATI Radeon All in wonder 8500DV Series of cards, but upon reading some reviews, people mention that there's a Geforce based card that offers the above. However, i cannot seem to find this card, or anything else that will do the job i need.

Speed isn't important, as i would prefer features and image quality. I am using a Retail 8500 At the moment, and i'm happy with it so far...

If i can get the above, then i have no need to buy a TV Card, and i can also get rid of my DVD Decoder card


Could anyone advise me on this?
Should i wait for the price drops?

I really am puzzled here.
