Hi!

I already got everything I need for a phase change system, de only missing piece it`s the evaporator.

I live in Chile, so it`s nearly impossible to get one from Baker18, so I`m looking new options. I have 3.

1-Get a evaporator design and send it to a machinist with a lathe, I think this option it`s the mos expensive, but if it is the best...

2-Also, I have this block, which I think It would make a good/basic evaporator

3-I`ve been thinking in getting a good cooper heatsink and make a top for it.

My setup: Danfoss NF7FX 1/5 Comp. R404a Gas. 20x12 Condenser, capillary still in progress...

Hope you can help me!

Greets!

I would either use your existing block or modify a stock copper heatsink. Having a block machined is also possible if someone wants to do it for little money.
