You could pick up some points with a fresh OS install, NO DX9, and a different CAT. Try 3.2...

With a fresh install and default DX, a few hundred easy...but im not an ATI expert (yet....).

I've been reading that win2k is only better for AMD. It doesn't matter with Intel.

Intel is faster in WinXP
