Ic7-Max3 Question

Hey people hows everyone.

I was wondering if someone could help me with this problem its not big 1 but just curiues why does it happen.

I just installed max3 mobo and all works fine very happy with it but 1 wierd thing is. When iam in bios or when my comp is just booting my screen keeps jumping up and down, but when iam in the windows nothing happens picture perfact,

any suggestions y is the picture jumping up and down in bios and when is bootin ???
or could this be my LCD problem but it didnt do this on asus p4c-e delux mobo

Probably an odd refresh rate that your monitor doesn't like.

Mine uses 72Hz in BIOS I think, and that makes my screen "shake" if you pay attention close enough.

aha so if i put the refresh rate down in windows setting would that solve the problem or bios and win refresh rate has nothing to do with 1 each other..
