Ive got an offer for both of these. I will throw in $20 for the 3200 and get $30 for the 3000+ why? no clue. But.. newegg has them both at 2 ghz, and apparently they have the same core, but are $40 difference. Does it matter which i get if i will oc it to like 2.4-5 ghz?

3200+ has twice the L2 cache. It is faster because of this. The core clock and multiplier are the same.:D

Not quite as big as the difference in our avatars, but yes it can be substantial.:D

ROFL.
Kinda like going from a athlonxp to a barton more less IMO.
I found that at the same clock of ~2500MHz, SuperPi scores 36s with both the A64 3000+ and the A64 3200+. PiFast on the other hand give the 3200+ the advantage by 2 to 3 seconds(which is a lot for PiFast).
It really depends on what you are doing with the chip but of all the reviews I've read, the A64 3200+ seems to do noticably better at gaming.
