Hello Id like to know which 9800 XT's the top 10 of ORB are using. Of course as always its a matter of luck, im planning to cool my hopefully new XT with Water or some nice air cooling. I do want to get around 500 mhz GPU... with which cards did you have the biggest luck sofar considering clocking without xtreme cooling methods?
So which XT from which company?

Doesn't matter...all the same (except Asus) my next one will be the Hercules ('cuz it's cheap and I like the art on the HS/F)

my Sapphire 9800XT did a whopping 430/385 with stock cooling.
it's a horrible feeling when you are testing it to see how high it'll go and you start to see artifacts at such low clocks... I felt like eating it. Getting a Zanussi freezer and a huge res soon, that'll teach it (assuming that'll actually work).

I perfer Powercolor :)
Mine doing 510/420 without artifacts, watercooled, without V-modded.
And my friends' 9800XT also easily to achieve 500MHz core freq., watercooled.
But it is just for reference, all depends on your luck. :)
