or is it vdd? or a limitation of the board/chipset/bios unrelated to voltages?

Apparantly there is allready a Vdd guide but I cant damn well find it..

Apparantly VDD mod is the same as NF7, and the voltage refulator is a CS5301, which is well documented..

I'm stopped at 263.68 Mhz (9x multiplier) 11/2.2/2/2/11/13
without mod...ram with BH5@3.26/3.28 (3.30 Bios)
vdd@1.7v
My 2100+ is without L12 mod ( ?????)
With vdimm mod and vcore+OVP mod I'haven't any gain in fsb
(I've also tryed vith 7X multiplier...)
In fact with 3.46v on vdimm and 1.8/1.9 on vdd (NB cooled with H2O at 0/2°), my mosfet are also cooled...)
I'm still at 263.68 !
Bios is 21/1/04
and I'would to know if there's a better bios...(link for 2-17 alpha?)
and the settings of dimm driving and strength

thats a crazy nice fsb! however your 277 at 2-2-2-11 is even better! youve got better ram than Oppainter and Macci too! why a thorton though? not that those are bad, maybe a moble barton at 3GHz? ;) 273x11=3003 ;) you could have the highest non a64 3dmark score too

One of what? The mobo or the chip? My NFII UltraB succesfully posts at the above settings... 12x250, 2v... won't get into windows tho, but definitely posts. Needs more volts to CPU in my particular rig (XP1700+ DLT3C JIUHB), and some better ram to get it properly stable at 250... doublesided BH6 ain't too friendly past 246FSB fer me :(

Im sure that there are still more tweaks possible for the nForce2. If intel boards can get to 300 and even as high as 370, why not AMD boards. Same 64 bit data bus between NB and CPU. Just QDR instead of DDR for P4 vs Athlon.

Btw. Has anybody noticed how high we've gone since Williamete/Athlon C days (100/133 Mhz - 2001)?

You guys should check out the official DFI support forum over at amdmb.com - lots of guys pushing 250+ FSB - my Max that I have a acheived benchies at has been 253x10 - got 4037/3716 in sandra - not bad.
