Does Intel have P4 as Tray version instead of the current Retail Box? If so, any differences such as O/Cing?

Yes, there are. You get only a CPU and that's it. Most shops still refer to them as 'tray', other as 'oem'.
There aren't any REAL differences except the fact that you can't check the FPO (Duh!) and the warranty is limited, most of the time to 1 year.

No difference at all (except the warranty lengthand the OEM is minus the heatsink/fan). However, the price differences between the retail and the OEM are typically quite small, so going the retail route is usually the preferred route (IMHO:))
