We are folding protiens for Stanford's distributed folding project. Go to the forum's home page and you will find a Xtreme DF Folding Team forum (about the 4th one down). There is a link to the DF home page and some good guides to get you started. We would love to have you join the team and I will be glad to answer any questions you may have on getting started.
