That is odd.. I know they are busy and in fact spoke personally on the phone with them... good group of guys, and for them to lose contact is NOT typical at all....

Yep...very unusual for them. They always been top notch. Perhaps they've been really busy filling post Christmas orders...there is always a little post holiday retail boom. I just ordered some Prommie supplies on Sunday night, and I received my UPS tracking on Tues am.

I'm sure they'll be back with you soon.

I also spoke with them. The email server problem is fixed, but mailbox is jammed full of email at the moment. They should have it sorted very soon.
