How to determine if PSU is enough to power up Pelt?

I use Zalman 400W PSU for my rig. Specs are here: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=26001

I'm wondering if I'll be able to connect 115W pelt to it. It draws 7.5A @ 12V.

Is there any formula to calculate current power consuption or something like that?
