Definitely a unique way of selling, Looks like it worked somewhat, but he shouldv'e gotten a little more out of it. That's a nice server.

But then i got my current chip out of a dell poweredge400sc, Bought it for $399 after a 100 rebate. This was when the 3.2 P4 was $700 OEM!!!!!
Me thinks, dell gets a hell of a deal from intel, and price drops early!!!!
The server i got had a 875 board in it, 40 gig hd, 128 ECC, 48x CD, gigabit lan, and has an agp slot, though a PCI ati card was in it. Copper heatpipe cooler and super quiet.
