I was just wondering what a good score for an unmodded 9600Pro and a Barton would be? I've got 14.5k with 500/371 and only ~2390mhz. My CPU maxes out at about 2550 with air and the gfx at 536/384 so I haven't pushed it to the edge just yet.

i expected a little higher score with those clocks, but maybe it's just the 9600pro limited 4 parallel pipeline architecture. did u disable vsync, AA, and AF?

Yes, but i haven't tweaked the OS anything and I'm running XP. I also have Omegas 3.7 drivers I don't know if they are any good but I think they work quite well. What score did you expect?
I get 13k with 420/320,2200mhz...

With your max clocks i would expect 15.5k+ with a NF2 and bh5@ 220fsb or better, provided that's what your running.

Well my RAM isn't BH-5 but they can do 11-3-2-2 timings at 225 FSB and 3.1v but, the system isn't stable enough at those speeds, I think my An7 just needs a litle more burning in and it will, 220 could be possible but it crashed in the end of nature when I tried. 220x11.5 is the best FSB i can have at higher speeds on air but it needs alot of vcore to be stable enough for that, or is 1.97 that much? I'll give it a shot later.
EDIT: I managed to squeze 500 points more out of it but I can't publish it due to detected CPU speed variation what ever that means? And I think my AN7 is having a bad day couse yesterday i ran 220x11.5 but now it didn't even boot at 12x210 and 2v! it normally does that at 1.94! Well I might have to put the system outside my window so that it gets cold enough, in northern sweden, temps tend to get down to -20 quite often :p: I'll give it another shot this weekend.
And BTW would 12.5x200 be better then 11x219?

I'm not aware of the ati drivers but i guess that you'll get a better score if you use the catalist rather than the omega!
If it's the same thing as for nvidia, the omega are for better IQ but you lose quite a lot in 3Dmark

How much do you think I could gain by switching to catalyst? 2-300 points? I'll get another HDD to have win 2000 on too, runing XP now. Are there any other tweaks I could do to improve my score?
