Apparently, Prime95 v23.8 fixes a memory allocation bug in v23.7

with v23.7 try the bug out with 1GB ram set custom FFT min and max size to 20k and prime95 will crash almost immediately on P4!

so what version of prime95 you guys been using ???

I'm still using the 22.x version. 23.x just didn't do it for me. I dunno, I like the 22.x better.

I'm using 23.7, but choose "In Place Large FFT's" when testing.
