im planning to invest into Peltier cooling, for my p4 system, is it worth it? i currently have watercooling righ tnow, and i'm maxing my 2.8C at 3.4ghz with 1.65vcore, and i wanna be able to push 4ghz, will a good peltier cooling help me reach near there?

Your not going to get to 4ghz if your max now is 3.4ghz. Wish i could tell you it would. If you were saying you were @ 3.75 or 3.8ghz. Id say you have a good shot.
My CPU does 4ghz on air, you have to start out with a good chip.
I still use my 226watt Swifty/Tec setup on a 1.6a @ 2.9ghz. I an extra 200mhz over water.
On my current setup i get about an extra 250mhz with my Vapo over air. A 226 watt tec/watcooled will do the same if not better than a Vapo. But a lot more risk.
