I read in one topic that you were preparing a guide for noobs..

IS it ready yet by any chance and if not do you knwo where i can find a good doc on it so I can get familiar with all this FSB and sys clock things.. etc..

Welcome to Xtreme. I think a oc guide for noob as you put it would be a tough one as hardware and software change from month to month. The best advice I could give would be to pick a hardware forum start with AMD as that is what you are running and start reading threads. You will learn all you need.:toast:

Yeah, we talked about creating such a thread and the majority voted that it was not such a good idea. Your best bet is to choose your platform, or at least make a preference and start asking questions and reading threads from other peeps experiences. We've got alot of folks here that are more than glad to help you out and give you sound advice. Just don't take the first piece of advice and run on it, wait it out and see what the majority say.
