Need Help on P4 O/C

Hi, I need help on O/Cing a P4 system. I have been using AMD since day one. Now trying a P4. Currently running the P4 as below:

System Config:
CPU:
P4 2.4C SL6Z3 @ 3.4Ghz
Asus P4P800
FSB: 283
Vcore @ 1.7v, Temp. @ 30C from Mobo Bios
Memory:
2 x Corsair XMS256C2-PC3500 @ CL2.5-4-4-8
Ratio: 5:4
Vdimm @ 2.85v
Graphic Card: PNY FX5800
HDD: 40GB Seagate Cuda IV
PSU: Antec TP 480W But my 12v is only 11.75~11.83v and 5v is only 4.89v.
I have up-date the Bios. OS: WinXp pro.

Cooling:
Watercooling
WB: Cascade
Rad: Thermochill 120.3
Gpu Block: Swiftech MCW50

With the above System Config. and Cooling, I would like to ask;
> What is the max Vcore that I can increase before the cpu Fry/starts dying? In AMD my Vocre would be 2.0~2.2v. Now I don't even dare to push to 1.8v.

Basically I would like to hit 3.6~3.8Ghz on the Cpu. Which means my FSB has to be 300~316. Suggestions and comments appreciated. :)

U can increase the Vcore to 1.75 Max, 1.775 Max to Benchmark.

Before u buy new mems, try to use the ratio 3:2, to see if it's your CPU in the limits, or your memory.

If its your memory u can try to do the Vdimm mod, its very easy, just look for some guides here at Xtreme Sys. Get your mems @ 3.3v, they might do the 300 FSB ratio 5:4 (if your CPU can handle 300 FSB)

If your mems don't reach 300 FSB ratio 5:4, even with 3.3v, u can try to get PC4000 mems, they might do 300 FSB @ 3.3v ratio 1:1, but they have lousy timmings :(

I its your CPU, you can only try to get another one.........
