I am looking for a thermal probe or two that can accurately read down to about -20C. It has to have precision to .1C, but I would love one that goes to .01. It needs to be high quality. What probes would you reccomend?

any particular one? pretty expensive...and in the wrong country :)
I know your in the USA but that will give you plenty to look at, particular one? What type do you need?
