Which motherboard?

I currently have a MAX3.

I need a board with 4 SATA with RAID and a 3.2v DIMM option that doesnt require mods at all to work properly.
865 or 875 chipsets are fine.

Anyone know of one?

Get a Chaintech NF3-150 and a A64 and you will have an awsome 4 sata raid capable rig. If you have to stay with P4, I don't know as I just mess with AMD stuff.
