Just got a second hand Leadtek Ti4200. I love these clock speeds:

Aircooled (stock paste/heatsink, no modification):
Core: 331
Mem: 640

Watercooled (no ramsinks/ambient water/127mm fan over the card):
Core: 351
Mem: 648

Setting up the KX7 now, N8 has a battle on his hands :D

See if it's possible to get the mem speed up as well. I had an ti4400 with 3.6ns ram and with tt ramsinks and slight vmod did 770. No artifacts either. Maybe it was just a freak.......

I know it was a different card but memory was of the slower type.

Sinnah,

Very nice clocks you have there! I'm not going to be much of a battle for ya, as its been months since I've been able to really play with my rig ;)

Still got the same setup, just no time to play around :)

Good luck in your benching!

Shamelessy ripped from Ocworkbench...

August 2002 - Albatron Technology, a manufacturer of Motherboards and Adaptor Cards announced the new and powerful Ti 4200 Turbo (64MB) and Ti 4200P Turbo (128MB) graphics cards, both of which are based on nVIDIA GeForce4 chipsets. Performing up to Ti 4600 specifications but remaining at Ti 4200 prices, these cards provide the end user with the best performance, best value graphics cards available on the market today. iNote 1j

There is no hiding the fact that their big brothers, the Ti 4600 class cards, are still the industry leaders in terms of performance, capable of producing a myriad of colors resulting in pixel perfect, high-resolution pictures. PC gamers were astounded by the Ti 4600fs performance but shied away from the price tag. In order to cater to the market demands, Albatron Technology came out with the GeForce4 Ti 4200 Turbo (64MB RAM) and Ti 4200P Turbo (128 RAM) both of which have a more modest RAM capacity than the Ti 4600 but only costs half as much.

The reasons behind the Ti 4200 Turbo and Ti 4200P Turbofs high performance advantage is an 8-layer PCB that is also used in the Ti 4600 chipset. This design strategy helps to improve voltage stability. In addition, 3.3ns BGA DDR RAM is used to allow VRAM clock cycles to exceed 550MHz. When the Ti 4200P Turbo graphics card was tested against the 3D-Mark 2001 SE diagnostics utility softwareiNote 2j, the total scores reached 11,774 using a 1024x768 screen resolution. Compared with the higher rated Ti 4600 class products, the difference in performance was less than 5%.

With nVIDIA GeForce4 Ti4200 GPU present in both the Ti 4200 Turbo and Ti 4200P Turbo, these boards are capable of supporting AGP 2X/4X, Microsoft DirectX 8.X and OpenGL 1.3 Optimizations. Built in nVIDIA nifinteFX II Engine allows for a virtually infinite number of special effects that takes you to new heights in 3D graphics and 3D realism. Also included are many other convenient technical features such as Lightspeed Memory Architecture II, and Accuview AntialiasingiNote 3j.
