Gainward 5900U . There is a real thick layer of thermal goop between the chips and heatsink on this card. Can I remove and apply AS3. Will it help. Do I need to worry about electric conductivity of AS3? Thanks.

DONT PUT SOME AS3!!!!!!!!! buy a ceramique or something like that

You can put AS3 because it is electrically conductive under big pressure. And also you will put it on the chips, not the PCB. I personally use it on my wideo card without any problems.
