What will give me more OC results!?

hey everyone!
I know that it is not that much impotant thing for the temps (or yes) but I have a few more money to spend and I donno what will be better for me and will get me better OC results?
to get a Arctict Silver (instead of the thermal paste that comes with the TT Volcano 11+)
or to get another 120mm fan (generic) (I have one now at the rear and I have a place to put another one at front)

Artic silver....I don't know about the thermal paste that comes with the V11+...but if it's anything like what comes with the V9..you'll want something else.

Which makes me ask this question:D Why not a SLK9XX?

here in Israel they don't sell the SLK900 or SP97 things.
and that is what I can get here...

No, all the countries around Israel are arabic countries and I am not going to buy from then something, and I think that they don't have even the things we have here in Israel.

I have a hard time finding things in Japan too and i have to rely on lmy friends in the US...
