This heatsink looks bad to the bone. Anybody tried it yet and if so what do you think. I'm thinking about getting one.

It does extremely well with slower fans, but loses to the SLK-900 and above when using a faster fan.

I'll get one of these soon. :)
Hope it'll live up to my expectations. Good performance with low noise is good, seems to be a little bit behind SLK8/900 with more powerful fans though. But it has an advantage over the SLK's, you can put on a 12cm fan with an adapter.

Be sure to report back on it. I'm still seriously considering getting one. I'm sure it would beat my AX-7.

With a low speed fan, the AX-7 will actually beat out an SLK-800 (http://www.silentpcreview.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Sections&file=index&req=viewarticle&artid=47&page=6). If you're looking for quiet performance, maybe you should stay with the AX-7.

I have a 462-V with an 80mm Tornado and it works great. I got my cpu running on 1.85 V and still have very good temps.

My full load temps always approach 50c. Even in the winter time.
