there are many, but all of them are low performant..if you are looking for an 80x80 i've tried the dynatron top motor low,its very silent,2600rpm i think,28dba.Anyway u can always get a medium fan,and downvolt it to 5volts,this way the rpms will be low,and noise as well. But make sure you get a good Heatsink.I highly recommend the SLK series, the best i've tried was SLK947U,with silent 92x92 enermax fan max 42C on overclocked 2800+barton@2300mhz 1,675 vcore :) If you want your system to be totally silent,go get Seagate hard discs and install liquid cooling :) Right now the only thing that u can hear on my pc,are my western digital hard discs.

The quietest that is ready on the market are most of the Zalman heatsinks. Most will have fan controllers installed and all are very silent when turned down.

Scyther ZEN (fanless):

It actually create its own air supply with the aid of convection currents. The extreme conductive properties of Zen's components work effectively at drawing heat right out to the tips of its fins, allowing maximum contact with cool air. In order to do this, the cooler utilizes a 1/4" thick coldplate, 15 inches of Heatlane stainless steel, and several long, folded strips of aluminum.
