I have heard alot of the good overclockers are you using the asus boards. However I know that abit has just come out with a new board for the A64. I havent seen anyone one running one of those abits but if they are anything like the nf7 series they will be good. So I would say asus unless someone knows something more about the abit boards.

Leadteak Winfast K8NW is ok. It has true PCI/AGP lock according to a user who's gone to 2.2 Ghz on his Opteron. Also the Asus Via KT800 board seems to be liked by some, even though it lacks PCI/AGP lock. Those are good options for socket 940.

For socket 754, Leadtek K8N is decent according to users.

For Sockel754 I would definitly say Shuttle AN50R and Gigabyte KN8-Pro.Those are OCing excellent boards!
