Water chiller..

What kind of compressor would it take to make a water chiller capable of say -30C water temps in a system with a High end Video card, and a high end processor both in the loop.

Like what gas, and what HP should I look for?

I'm kinda new to all this.

I think 1/4 or 1/3HP would work. What type of refrigerant can you get? R22 and R404a work great.

Well, I don't really know

I was thinking of trying to find a refrigeration place, or someone that can make one. I know nothing about them.
