NF7 rev2.0: Help plz

OK, I wonder if it's RMA time for my NF7-S rev2.0.

symptoms:
Today it wouldn't post with long repeating beeeep - pause - beeeep - pause.
I then removed the RAM from DIMM slot 1. -> Post, no failure.
I tried DIMM slot2 -> dead again. :(

Now I can only use the mobo with RAM solely in DIMM slot3.
DIMM1 and DIMM2 make the bios beeep.
I want DC and 1GB RAM!!! :wahh!:

Does that mean fried slots? Does it mean RMA time?

btw. RAM sticks are both OK. I swapped them both in DIMM 3. no prob!

this is a shot in the dark... but maybe the memory controller is taking a §§§§...

mem controller would be my guess also.
cuz it's both slots of one channel.
