I decided to make a new thread because the old one sucked.

Vcore mod, someone said that if you do the vcore mod, vdroop will disappear:

Vdroop mod, (tested working by me):

VMCH mod, use a vr only, starting at 50k you will only get a very small increase. (tested and working by me):

CPU PLL mod, use a vr also, starting at 50k only gives a really small change (tested and working by me):

SB mod:

Read point:

Vdimm, 23k vr will give you around 0.03 to 0.04v boost. Yellow lines are read points.

Do not mistake SB for a FSB mod. I haven't found a vFSB mod, if you did please post it for everyone to use. Feel free to express your thoughts and results...

Yes, P5K-E Wifi-AP is the same as the P5K-E, just with an extra wifi dongle attached. I myself own a P5K-E wifi-ap, and vpll, vmch mods work just fine. VPLL tested up to 2.4v (Q6600), and vmch up to 1.9v

Cool cheers dude :D
Where do you buy your VResistors?
I have a LOT of standard ones here from my technology project just your bog standard straight resistor bought from Rapid Electronic,
I see most guys doing vmods use "box" shaped vres's?
On another not, your nuts, 2.4V PLL on a Q6600? lol
Iv been to 2v on phase you must have been on DICE at least if not LN2?

the "box" shaped ones are the easiest to use. You can vary the resistance on them which is what you need and also because they're box shaped, it's very easy to stick them onto anything using double sided tape.
I'm on crappy water (2x 120mm alum. rads and some lame waterblock)

I'm located in North America so I really don't know. I bought mine at some random electronics store. When you're driving and you see an "Electronics" sign, you will probably find some there.

Here you go. Top one is vmch and the bottom one is vpll. My soldering iron is an old ~20W one, about 10 years old. You really don't need a powerful soldering iron to do the mods.

Perfect thanks very much dude thats just what i needed,
I got myself a 25W one and a solder cleaning holder thing for it cause i never have any luck keeping my irons clean,
Ordered a whole bunch of VR's too :D
from 1K up to 100K so theyll do the job nicely now to mod every board i own, all eight and try and find mods for em all >.< lol
You just use an arts and crafts hot glue gun?

No idea, some cheap glue gun. 100K resistance might be much for P5K-E mods. Mine are 50k and both turned about half way so I guess to around 20-25k.

Oh i know i got em just in case :)
Measure the resistance between GND and FB and multiply by 20 = ideal resistance, i have a load of inbetween models for other mods i wanna do, 1,2,5,10,25,50,100 K so i cant go wrong :D
