Currently I'm running a Swiftech WB on my CPU, a DD z-chip on my NB, and a Swiftech 80W TEC on my GPU. I have all of this running in series (cpu>nb>gpu>rad) through a Procore rad with YS Tech 120mm fan being pumped by my Hydor L30 with 1/2" lines.

It's been a nice complete cooling solution as it all fits inside my Chieftec case and the rad is dissipating enough heat to give me good temps and a good OC on my cpu & gpu.

Well, I can get a real good deal on a Swiftech 226W TEC for the cpu as well as a Meanwell psu to go with it. I know that adding this to my watercooling system will probably generate too much heat for my Procore to handle. My question is what do I do?

Will a smaller rad using a 80mm fan be enough to dissipate the heat from just the 80W TEC on my gpu? If so, this is what I'm thinking....go in series like this: cpu>nb>120mm Procore>gpu>80mm rad. What do you think of this? Any better ideas?

The only problem I see with this is that I will have to mount the 80mm Rad outside the case because that Procore takes up all the space and I have a 120mm fan cut into the top as a blowhole.

Is your DD TEC'ed model?
If not there's no point in using it to cool your NB - much better results with good 'ol copper air cooling for NB, much better.
Gen. rule of thumb : Do not mix TECs with straight water blocks, they heat up water too much.

My 2 pennies:

run 226w Swiffy in series with 80watt one CPU->GPU; either TEC NB or take it out of this loop since water gets well above 30C with 226 and 80 watt tecs pumping heat into it (mine gets to 28,- 29C but I have very good cooling for water ).

Make sure you duct air into and out of your rad if you want to keep it inside your case.

Adding another fan in push-pull config will work wonders for you, if you don't mind noise of course :)

Connect the whole thing up, check your temps and then decide if you need another rad. If yes buy exactly the same one and run the two in parallel to get best temps (prolly you'd need to mount them outside since they HAVE to be installed in the same horizontal plane and in exactly the same way using exactly the same fittings and tube lenghts after dividing Y-splitter and before gathering Y-splitter (there's quite chunky thread in water cooling section about rads in parallel).

your pump should be fine.

Hope it helps :)

Is anyone using a 2 TEC setup with 2 rads?

I'm using three radiators. Two small ones and one large one. The two small ones are Black Ice Extremes, the large one is a airconditioning radiator from a Toyota Starlet with a little modification.

I am cooling two 172 watt peltiers/TEC's my Northbridge and my SCSI hard drive. I plan to watercool graphics card next when I update the card.

Recently made and added aluminium fan shrouds for the two small radiators to create a space between fan and radiator for better flow. Picture taken during construction..

Pictures of small radiators on my website to be updated soon.
