Waterchilleer + Pelts = ???

If i make myself a waterchiller adn then have pelts on cpu and gpu and make my own nb block will that cool enough for sub zero temps easily?

Or would the whole freeze up and create frost and the rest?

Also, how much insulation would i need and where would i ahve to put it?

it sux, peltiers aren't good at very low temperatures. spend your money on a better chiller instead
