Do you mean bbati? They come in samsung 2.0/2.8/3.0/3.3ns or infineon 3.3ns.

The majority of BBA Radeon 9800 Non-Pro's come with Infineon 3.0ns memory. Older 9800 Non-Pro's have a higher likelihood of having Samsung 3.3ns memory, but most (if not all) newer BBA Radeon 9800 Non-Pro's have Infineon 3.0ns.

I second that. It's pretty much guaranteed that you'll get a card with Infineon chips nowadays. That is, unless you know where to look. *Cough, Ebay Cough!* But of course bidding for such things on ebay is a gamble.

I got mine from ebay. 3.3ns samsungs that are doing 370+ unmodded with zero artifacts.
All new np's will have 3.0 infineon though.

which is better?
ya mine has infineon 3.0 chips.. they overclock decently, i can manage to get 340 out of them without a problem, core does 460 stock also.. ;)
i got this card for only 250 at circuit city, so far its great.

The vast majority of all 9800 Pro's (128MB) have the same Samsung 2A (2.86ns) memory. All Sapphire-built (basically almost every company's cards are built by Sapphire, exceptions of newer PowerColors) 9800 Pro's have Samsung 2.86ns memory.
