I am just wondering what your card would overclock to before you added phase change and what they clocked at after.
Running 3dmark Nature ofcoarse
Also what cooling was it before Phase change?
This should be a good thread hopefully with co-operation
mines does 450/418 with room temp water and ramsinks

I was able to pass 3dMk01 at 466/421 STOCK, outside of a case, with a fan blowing...20C ambient air. No mods, stock HS/F
@ -40C, 2.21V and 3.00V 613/451

Yep... Both Hercules and Sapphire 9800XT cards have run higher than that on stock HSF with no mods & the window open here...
For instance this bench... core is at same with just air... in fact, the entire rig for this bench was on stock AMD heatsink, stock GPU heatsink... nothin else other than an open window: http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=7277132
All depends on the phasechange... 700Mhz would be possible with enough voltage and the right kind of phasechange, but would cost a FORTUNE and would be rather large... so define phasechange... a stock promi, a stock vapo, a 404'd promi, a 404'd vapo, a homemade job, a promi on 404 with a baker head....
All will yield completely different peak results...
So far I don't think anyone on here has phased-up a 9800XT yet....

You saif you were able to pass.
Does that mean it was with Artifacts? and if so How many Artifacts.
Well I am gonna put a Mach II with r404a mod by herefishy.
But this question was for anyone that put phase change any kind just specify what kind you put.
Just trying to figure out how good this card is before I put the phase change.

A few artifacts, sure...but passes 3D mark. Even at 613, I only get bad artifacting in Lobby and a few in nature

That makes me feel a little better. I can get it to 465/425 with artifact. I would say a little bit moe than a few and I pass the test though.
Also any of the rails in your PSU affect the performance of your card?
My 12v rail runs at 11.8

Little offtopic here
UsMarine;
Do you only come to 465 on the core with water and pelt ? or just water ? what pelt are you using ?

I go to 465 with only water no pelt. and the water is not cold at all it is room temp maybe even warm water. around 31c
i dont think it is off-topic because it is about my overclocability hehe

I decided not to work with pelts and am going stright to a Mach II with r404a with every day use. (you guys think it should be alright for everyday use? codensation wise.)

I think it should work fine for you with machII on gpu.. think off condensation and to the job good!
