Demount Boxed cooler holderings for Abit ic7 max3

I need help mounting my Mach ii on my max3.

I cannot demount the holders for the boxed cooler for intel cpu's or other coolers. I cannot figure out how to demount it. Clumbsy me also lost the manual :)

Just push the 4 white pins out off the holder (from the backside of the board). Might need some pressure, because they hold firmly.
Be carefull not to slip and damage some trays or so.
Then, with a plier or so, push the pins on the backside together and pop them out.
