just wondering if anyone uses 1.75v in bios for everyday use with their mach2 and a P4.
at 1.725 mbm is showing 1.76v on my P4C800 at idle and 1.66 under load but to max out the mushkin 3500 l2 thats on its way to me, im gonna need to get the chip to go a bit faster so im considering using 1.75 in the bios for everyday use but id rather not end up with a dead chip after a few weeks as i want this to last until either prescot is established, or its proven to be not as good as A64.
if i cant get this chip a bit faster then im either going to have to sacrifice potentially almost 20mhz fsb, run it 1:1 and lose virtually all the cpu overclock the mach2 has got me, or spend even more money on yet another cpu and hope that one will go higher.
