Just wondering how much everybody's electric bill has gone up after using phase change for cooling?

you can calculate that yourself. a phase-change unit consumes a few hundred Watts of power. in Belgium that costs about 250~300€ a year

Eh? Electric must be a little more expensive in Belgium than the UK...

250watts 24hrs/day 365days/year is

2190000watt hours
2190kilowatt hours

The price of electricity (average day and night is different) is ~5.9p/kilowatt hour

2190 x 0.059 = £130

Of course your running you PC 24/7 cost considerably more than that ;)
