Need more specs for that fella... gas that's in there and how much of it, suction line and compressor temps (top and bottom), current length of cap tube and suction line in use, as well as diameters...

BulkHy.... Your machine is absolutely beautiful. My guess is that you employed a low-temp 404A compressor.... huh?

I can tell that you did the job right! As evidenced by the bandaid on your finger LOL!

The job isn't done right, unless there's blood on it!

:D

I think it's slick how you have the 4 vertical corners extended to provide "feet" for the unit!. Very nice work BuLkHy!

wau.....thx for all the comments.....thx thx.... gonna post screenshots later on..... ive made such casing coz im actually gonna sell there in my country...lol...not now..but when i gain more experience .... the evap head is actually acrylic..... i made its tranparent so i can see if there is condensation in it.... just to test...later on its gonna be black.... im suppose 2 insulate my evap with some sprayfoam...but since its air tight...i tried leavin the foam out...and it worked pretty well.... :)

You inspired me to make a case for mine :p Hows the CPU insulated? Do you have a plexi box around the CPU which makes contact with neoprene around the socket? Seems like a great idea. Mine was to put some neoprene on top of the block than a plexi holddown than mount it and put plexi around the sides to keep the air out. Your setup looks alot cleaner/easier though :D

And how much did the case cost to make?
