VapoChill XE Thermal Heat Conduction Compound

Should I use the Heat Conduction Compound which comes with the XE for the holes where the cpu goes in AND the CPU or should I use dielectric grease?

and I am using Artic Ceramic on top of the CPU.
How thick of a coat of Artic Ceramique?

Either... both will do the same job.... dielectric tends to be cleaner tho as it's clear. Just don't use dielectric on the CPU Core as it won't work (basically)...
