New Vid Card.. Most Bang For Buck

Im looking to purchase a new vid card to put into my new Watercooling system.. I want it to be overclockable but a resaonable price.. I was thinking a 9700 Pro.

A Radeon 9800 Non-Pro (BBA) if you can find one at a B&M (In-store only) Circuit City (Retail) for $199.

A Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB sells for $299 direct from ATI (limited free shipping offer).
