Quad-Damage

I'm sure this topic has been done to death, but I just wanted to know what others have been doing for Universal imaging.
I have a good process with sysprep the system and mysysprep (For naming) and driver packet + custom drivers for finding hardware. The problem that I'm having is with the images being very large in size. I like small images that load fast. I know the sizes change when it comes to the amount of software loaded. As of right now I'm loading and injecting drivers with other files to the local disk drive or current image. I have a large network share with the space to host the drivers I want to install from the network. Does anyone know if you can script or map driverpacker to run from a network share or a ip somewhere and script and work with either sysprep or the driverpack finisher that I currently use to install drivers. I want to load the drivers from a to //share or //134.154.xxx.xxx that would be all on the same local network.
I do a mix of all 3 to have my current Universal Imaging, but I know I can decrease my ghost sizes If I have the drivers for my sysprep located off the local image. I just don't know how.

For drivers I use the Driver Packets + Some of my own.

To create the sysprep and everything has been working well for the most part.
I run Mysyspre and currently shutdown and ghost with ghost 11 and load the images from a ghost server and muticast and do labs and what not currently.
Do anyone have any personal insight?
