i7 960 vs i7 950

I want to build a new rig but I was thinking in the 950 but just saw this cpu and was wondering about it. Is it better? Im not going to OC or anything.

if you are not going to OC, just buy a DO 920 man and get some good rams and co... Really thinking these CPU's are overkill for normal usage... and have you looked at P55 ? far cheaper platform
