Since I want to overclock my Athlon 2500+ without suffering from noise I'm thinking of buying a wc set. Which also cools better :D . I currently have an Coolermaster X-Dream, which runs at his max speed. The sound it produces is way too much for my taste . The money I've got to spend is limited to round 150 Euro's. And I was thinking about this WC set, DangerDen - Basic - AMD Athlon MAZE4. I can afford it and it comes great out of the reviews I've read. And I can easily hook up another coolblock for my GPU or southbridge. What do you guys think? Is this a nice set to start with watercooling?

That would be a good starter kit. The maze 4 is a good block. Dtek has some kits that are pretty good too but I'm not sure if they ship internationally.

Best thing to do would build it yourself

if you can afford get this:
d-tek rad
whitewater wb
hydor l30/ehiem 1250/danner mag

if thats too much replace the white water w/ a maze4
