Help Chosing New Motherboard

Hi all, iam Jumping to a I7 860 rig tomorow \o/ but iam still undecided about motherboard ( Yes i wanted a Evga but none existent in Portugal atm and my money is short :/ ) iam able to pick up either the

MSI SOCKET 1156 P55-GD80

or

ASUS P7P55D DELUXE

My goal is to have it at 4Ghz 24/7 sistem will still be on water cooling so temps will be no issue i think.

What do you guys recomend ?

Both boards will do nicely mate... no issues to be expected for them clocks... decide on looks, gimmicks... performance will be very similar... I'm on the giga UD6 right now for some tests but MM has been going fast with the MSI GD80 latest bios for the MSI gave a nice performance boost...)
