I'm wondering if my current cpu waterblock could be used to cool the tec, or do I need a different one. Right now, I've got a white water cpu block, would that work, or do I need to go buy that swifty 226w tec/cpu block combo deal.

I also cool my GPU and NB in this rig. So I was wondering if the heat from the TEC would be too much and I should re tube my system. I have 2 heatcores in my system right now, and the flow goes like this:

pump > hc1 > hc2 > cpu > gpu > nb > res > pump

So if I had to, maybe do like:

pump > hc1 > cpu > hc2 > gpu > nb > res > pump

But I dunno, I'm no expert here...

The white water won't work for Tec's, it doesn't have the holes int he bottom to screw on the coldplate, plus it isn't really designed for TECs at all.

I'd check out the swifty deal, or a guy in the classifieds is selling an aqua joe waterblock/tec setup.

Ok, so what about cooling the water though...

Go with the second setup you have.

But make sure if you have two different rads that the biggest/best one is right after the cpu.

Actually they are the exact same rad, so that will be an easy choice. Dtek Pros. :)

And I just remembered. I know this 226w TEC needs its own power supply. I think it is meanwell that makes one that people rave about...I don't remember which one it is though...
