So how do i make a new one really? Any good guides, tips?
hmmm,
very hard to make new one.
you need the DataSheet for the GPU to find the right CHIP (VOLTERRA) and figure it out.

Hmm okey.. What about just adding a spot over the old one, is that possible?

I think what you're talking about is removing the protective layer on a pcb layer so the metal is exposed. You can achieve this using very light sand paper, or using some sort of exacto blade. Once the metal is exposed you can use a little bit of rosin/resin on a brush or toothpick and then apply your heat/solder and the solder will adhere to the metal. Practice this one on some older equipment or garbage as its not the easiest task if you don't have a lot of soldering experience.
