Asus p55 pro vs gigabyte ud4 vs msi GD-65

I was very impressed with the GD65 (and the GD80) when I was doing my i5 overclocking video tutorial, but the Gigabyte UD4P (assuming you're talking about this one and not the mATX one) performed admirably as well. Both of them offer near-effortless overclocking for the beginner, with the MSI being slightly easier using OC Genie and their Direct OC buttons, but I guess I'd give the edge to MSI because the board looks sweet.
