install vista first, if possible without the raid attached, then install 7.
7 should detect vista and make it bootable even though the bios boots from the raid.

Well, i installed window vista first in the single drive and its work fine , then i entered the bios and i changed the sata mode to raid (after i isntalled the 2 x ssds) and i installed W7 ,
then i set the firts boot drive in the bios to the single drive which it has vista , but i cant boot to the window (blue dead screen)

Now the W7 on the raid0 works fine , but the vista in the single drive wont boot to window

and the single drive with vista for the my old games , just in case if i miss any of them :D

My rig is set up the way you want yours except I have all SSDs.

The best way to have done this would have been to install windows 7 from vista. Sata set to raid from the begining.
In other words, with vista running, put the wndows 7 dvd in the drive and install to the raid array as normal.

Afterwards, when you start your computer, you pick the os you want to run or do nothing and the default os will start.
Here's a pic of the boot manager that windows creates automatically.

I tried but it doesn't work

This what i did , installed vista in the single drive (works fine) , then i shutdown the computer and i installed the SSDs , then i start the computer , entered the bios , then i set the sata mode to (raid) , then (Ctrl+i) i creat the raid0 drive save and exit .

But the computer can not boot to the window (blue dead screen) :(

The problem is when i set the sata mode to raid in the bios (blue dead screen) , but when i set to IDE the system boot normal
So, i cant boot to vista to install W7 within vista ?

You will need to install RAID drivers for BOTH operating systems for it to work properly, your OS is failing when it tries to access your raid-0.. when you reload Vista add the drivers (like you did for windows 7) then it should work with the raid controller swtiched on

ie.

1/ Begin install process of Windows Vista Again (when you get to the select install location, click add driver) -> add the drivers you used for the Raid-0
2/ Now select the 500GB drive, not the raid-0 and install like normal (Vista)
3/ Reboot and select vista, it should boot fine now that it can understand how to access the raid/controller in Raid Mode

dammit how i hate these stupid bios manufacturers not setting ahci as standard
if the sata controller was set to ahci ("raid") in the beginning, your first try would have succeeded. well on the other hand the real problem is with vista posessing the ahci driver but not using it when needed :shakes: *hugs linux*

1-Set sata to raid with all drives connected. (don't disconnect any drives)
2-Set up raid array.
3-Install vista to the single drive.
4-with vista running, install windows 7 to the raid array.
Windows will create the boot manager automatically.
That's it.

one more question :p:

I think if W7 carsh , i can still be able to boot to vista , right ?

But since i install W7 within vista , If window vista crash for any reason , can i still be able to boot to W7 ?

Yes, and you can also use your vista dvd to repair the boot manager if you ever have a problem.
