Only 5 out of 6GB RAM showing in task manager?

Just got my 3x2GB Dominator GT's back from RMA and noticed something strange. The task manger is only showing 5GB installed, but CPUz, control panel, post screen and BIOS all say 6GB. I'm almost positive that the task manager read 61xxMB before the RMA. Resetting the BIOS didn't help. I also ran some Prime95 and it passed. See sig for rig specs. Anyone have an idea what's going on here?

Check your boot.ini for a maxmem command. They tend to show up unwelcomed.

Run>>MSCONFIG>>BOOT check the little window for anything like "/maxmem=5117".
